SEASONAL Sales Stylists - LELAND, MI
Leelanau Goods is seeking a part time Sales Associate / Stylist to work with customers among all channels to develop relationships through client relations and drive sales.
The ideal candidate will;
- Maximize sales through all sales channels- store and digital projects
- Provide a friendly and welcoming environment in store
- Communicate product and customer feedback to buying team
- Assist in the execution of the brand integrity and visual standards set by the company
- Candidate needs little direction and can work independently to meet sales objectives
- Flexible, detail oriented and able to multitask to meet deadlines and initiatives
- Someone that is strong operationally and can troubleshoot problems seamlessly
Qualifications:
2 years experience in retail sales for a multi-brand retailer or branded retailer (merchandising experience a plus)
Excellent interpersonal skills supporting both a team environment and customer service
Exceptional communication skills- verbal and written
Superb time management/project skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on meeting weekly sales goals
Must have strong analytical skills.
Must be able to work from our Fishtown location in Leland, MI
Flexible hours; 6-30 hours a week
Available at least 1 day on Weekends
Competitive pay, starting at $18-$20 an hour, depending on experience.
